Minbazal is a Khajiit beggar who can be found in Lillandril. From the entry plaza, take the western winding stairs the lead up the upper levels of the city and you'll fin Minbazal at the second landing asking for hand outs. he also has a bedroll nearby where he sleeps.

When you approach him as Altmer, he will say:
- "Kindness glows within you, shining and resplendent. This one sees it. Perhaps you would help a poor khajiit?"
Speaking with him as any other race, he will say:
- "Another newcomer in such an unwelcoming land! Surely, you feel pity for a fellow outcast?"
Both greetings lead to the same question:
- What do you need?
- "This one only needs a little gold, to get himself started. Some food, some clothes, and he will be a new Khajiit! Perhaps you would be willing to help with such a transformation?"

- "Oh, noble soul! Minbazal will never forget your kindness. With this, he shall forge a new life for himself. A thousand blessings be upon you."
