- Defeat Rakkhat after empowering him at the lunar shrines in Veteran Maw of Lorkhaj.
Maw of Lorkhaj Difficult Mode is awarded for completing Veteran Maw of Lorkhaj in Hard Mode. Hard Mode must be toggled on by activating the lunar shrines within the trial; doing so will make the final battle with Rakkhat far more difficult. This achievement is needed for Maw of Lorkhaj: Moons' Champion.
