When you find him in the mine, he will be cowering in the tunnels:

- Go ahead and get out of here.
- "Thanks, stranger. I got separated from Eydvi Iron-Kettle and Miharil. They ran to the Argonian huts, and I hid here.
I hope they're all right!"
He will be at the forge, sitting down:
- "This has gone wonderfully. "A simple overseer job," she said. "Just like the old days." Why did I ever leave Kragenmoor?

Speaking to him before ending the quest:
- "Goblins are disgusting."
If you gave the Gnaw-Root Goblin Totem to Miharil:
- "I, for one, am happy with what you did.
Back to working with my hands instead of abusing Goblins. That's much better for an honest day's work."
If you gave the Gnaw-Root Goblin Totem to Thragnar the Breaker:
- "Back work, it seems. I guess that's an improvement."
