Kotu Gava Spawn are a weaker variant of Kotu Gava insects. They come in groups of two to four, and are created by the vile spit and swarm abilities of Kotu Gava Broodmothers. They are also spawned upon the death of Broodmothers.

- Due to how often they are summoned and how low their health is, soul trapping and killing Kotu Gava Spawns is an effective way to farm soul gems.
