- Stronger presence?
- "Oh, yes. For Mages Guild. We're scholars by trade. Dedicated to the pursuit of knowledge. Members seek out books, tomes, and ancient scrolls in their travels. We aid each other as we can, and provide magical aid for any that would ask our help."
- So you act as bookhunters?
- "Yes, yes. That's right. We seek out new information, capture it in our libraries, and make copies for distribution across Tamriel. The Guild doesn't care about wars, battlefields, or boundaries: just knowledge and the acquisition of new tomes."
- What would I get in return?
- "We teach members special spells and train in unique abilities. And from time to time projects crop up for guildmembers with insight and ambition. Who knows? You might attract the attention of Mistress Valaste or Guildmaster Vanus"
