Cantor Krin'ze speaks of a small cat spirit that is a messenger from Azurah. Soon after, you will meet Ja'kh in Moonmont, next to a Khajiiti corpse. After petting him, he will lead you to Zerith-var's tomb.
Later you can find him in Temple of the Dark Moon alongside Shashan. Zerith-var laments the loss of the Temple:
- "Loss after loss. Were it not for my Hidden Moon training, my heart would be Namiira's already for all the darkness these discoveries bring me.
It is only because of you and the appearance of Ja'kh here that I do not let grief overwhelm me." - Ja'kh? You mean the spirit cat? He led me to your tomb.
- "Did he? I ask Azurah for guidance and she sends my cat. I suppose the Moon Mother is not without her mischief.
Perhaps this means she did not send me back to give up so easily. My heart had space enough for sorrow of this measure in my life before."
