Dwarven Ice Centurions are Dwarven Centurions encountered in the Dragonstar Arena during Round 8: The Steamworks alongside Dwarven Fire Centurions and Charged Centurion.

As they are considered elite enemies, Dwarven Centurions are immune to all forms of crowd control effects.
- Axe
- The centurion swings its left arm as a basic melee attack, dealing moderate physical damage.
- Hammer
- The centurion swings its right arm as a basic melee attack, dealing moderate physical damage.
- Sweeping Spin
- The centurion spins around as indicated by a red circle, dealing moderate physical damage as well as knocking down all players within.
- Steam Breath
- The centurion releases steam as indicated by a red cone in front of it, doing moderate flame damage over time to all players standing in the cone.
- Ice Charge
- The Centurion channels this attack to launch a projectile of ice to a random player that covers them in ice, slowing them and dealing frost damage over time while also gaining a massive shield during the channeling. You have dodge or interrupt it.
