Hjarnnir is a spectral draugr conjuring Sleeraak, who together are one of the bosses of Labyrinthian. After you defeat Hjarnnir and Sleeraak, a glowing chest appears to the south.

A notification pops up on screen that tells you Hjarnnir is chilling the air! Eventually, you will take damage and freeze solid. You must either wait to thaw or break free and heal.
