From the WastesEdit

If you haven't started the quest and you approach her at the Ashlander camp:

"Harken to me, stranger!"

If you start the quest directly from her:

"Stop, traveler, and listen.
I'll be brief. Try to keep up with me."
Go ahead. I'm listening.
"I'm the wise woman of the Kagesh tribe of Ashlanders. My tribe is divided because our Ashkhan, the man who should be guiding us wisely, is a fool.
He's decided to attack the Tribunal Temple to the south. It's a fatal mistake."
What would you have me do?
"The House Dunmer monks must understand we're not enemies. Take them a gift of herbs and potions from the supply in our camp.
The Ashkhan has warriors protecting it. Fight through them. Take the medicine. Deliver it to the temple. Can you do this?"
I can.
"I'm grateful for your aid, outlander.
The crates and potions are scattered throughout the camps to the southeast. Collect them and bring them to my farseer inside the Tribunal Temple. Her name is Tirinaat."

If you have spoken to Scout Galsar, she'll greet you with:

"Do you come bearing a sword, or are your palms open to the sky?"
One of your scouts told me to speak with you.
"Then you know the shape of the problem. Our Ashkhan has laid siege to the Tribunal Temple.
He knows I disapprove. He rallied the hot-headed warriors of our tribe while I was meditating. He snuck out while my back was turned."
What would you have me do?
"The monks must understand we are not their enemy. Take an offering of herbs and potions. The Ashkhan took our store to his camp. His renegades are protecting them.
Fight through them. Take the medicine. Deliver it to the Temple. Can you do this?"

Asking her further questions about the situation:

You don't want to attack the Ashkhan directly?
"He acts against my wishes, but he is still our Ashkhan: the patriarch of our tribe.
I keep the Kagesh tribe moral and wise. He keeps them safe and strong. He is our right arm and sharpened steel. All his followers are my children."
Then what end do you hope to see?
"I would have him give up this folly and rejoin us. We should live in peace, far from the housemen. If he won't listen to me, I'll have to step away from his side.
So understand me, outlander. If I must order Ziddak's death, I've failed."

When you collected all the medicine:

"You're carrying a great deal of medicine. That's good, but I have no use for it here.
You'll need to go south. Give the supplies to the farseer within Iliath Temple. She'll tell you what to do with them."

After speaking to Farseer Tirinaat and before treating the injured soldiers:

"Do whatever Farseer Tirinaat asks you to do. I will wait here and pray to Azura."

After the quest:

"You really do want to help. An outlander willing to give us a chance. Will wonders never cease?"

UnderminedEdit

After defeating Ziddak and collapsing the tunnel, she will be waiting for you outside:

"You really do want to help. An outlander willing to give us a chance. Will wonders never cease?"
He didn't surrender. He fought to his last breath.
"Ziddak's fatal flaw was rage, not cowardice.. Now there is no male in our tribe fir to take his place.
Some of the housemen at the temple want revenge. They will hunt our people, so Tirinaat and I are leaving."

While you are weakening the support beams in the Ashlander tunnels, you can use the artifact given by Tirinaat which will summon a projection of Hedranna to convince Ziddak's supporters to stop attacking you and leave the mines:

Hedranna Kaliki: "Heed me, Kagesh warriors!"
Hedranna Kaliki: "I bid you let this one pass unharmed."

After the quest:

"We'll quit this place soon and disappear into the wastes again. The housemen will hunt us. They always do, but they won't catch us.
Bid farewell to Tirinaat, if you wish. May your kills be quick and many, traveler."
