Edjar will ask for your help to free his packmates in return for information to rescue Fennorian from Exarch Tzinghalis' tower. Harmild can be found hacking away at stone with a mining pick while under the careful watch of the Gray Host.
- Harmild: "I'm working fast as I can, you bloodsucking bastards!"
After you break the magical chain holding him, he'll thank you before transforming and running away.
- Harmild: "Hircine's claws, I thought I'd be digging forever! Thanks!"
Harmild can be found in Werewolf form along with the rest of his pack once you meet with Edjar once more.
