Greenwater Manse is an Altmer-style manor found in Greenwater Cove. It is only accessible during the related quest. Captain Parondo is inside, and a Welkynd Stone is in the chest behind him. Captain Parondo's Log Entry is sitting atop a bench on the eastern side of the mansion's front deck. Another copy of that book is on the counter behind the captain, near the chest with the Welkynd Stone in it.
The containers inside the building are not owned. Some of the bookshelves are empty and none of the fireplaces contain functional cooking fires.
