Dragon Blood
Dragon Blood: Draw on your draconic blood to heal for [30 / 31 / 32 / 33]% of your missing Health. You also gain Major Fortitude, increasing your Health Recovery by 30% for 20 seconds.
Green Dragon Blood: Draw on your draconic blood to heal for 33% of your missing Health and an additional [495 / 500 / 505 / 511] Health every 1 second over 5 seconds. The heal over time scales off of your Max Health. You also gain Major Fortitude, Major Endurance, and Minor Vitality, increasing your Health Recovery and Stamina Recovery by 30% and healing received and damage shield strength by 6% for 20 seconds.
Coagulating Blood: Draw on your draconic blood to heal for [7940 / 8027 / 8115 / 8202], increasing by up to 50% additional healing based on your missing Health. You also gain Major Fortitude, increasing your Health Recovery by 30% for 20 seconds.

Dragon Blood heals you based on your missing Health and increases Health Regeneration over time. Green Dragon Blood adds Stamina Regeneration and increases your healing received as well, while Coagulating Blood instead scales off your offensive stats with the healing amount increasing based on your missing health.

  • This ability now provides the buff Major Fortitude.
  • Green Dragon Blood: This ability now provides the buffs Major Fortitude and Major Endurance, and lasts for 23 seconds at the maximum rank.
  • Coagulating Blood: This ability now provides the buffs Major Fortitude and Minor Vitality, and lasts for 23 seconds at the maximum rank.
  • Restoring Aura: This ability no longer removes major buffs from allies, such as Major Fortitude granted by Green Dragon Blood.
  • This ability and its morphs can now Critically Strike.
    • Developer Comment: The goal of this change was to bring Dragon Blood in line with other heal abilities in the game.
  • Coagulating Blood:
    • This morph now heals for a flat value (scaling with Spell Damage and Max Magicka), with that heal being increased by up to 33% based on your missing health.
    • This morph no longer grants the Minor Vitality buff.
      • Developer Comment: We wanted to give Dragonknights a more reliable version of Dragon Blood that scaled like other heal abilities in the game. However, it was still important to us that it retained some of the risk/reward of waiting to use it at lower health thresholds. Because there's a base heal value, it's more forgiving when used at higher health, but waiting makes it more efficient. To counterbalance this increased ease of use, we moved the Minor Vitality buff to Green Dragon Blood. This also ensures that Health-based Dragonknights also have a strong morph option as well.
  • Green Dragon Blood: This morph now grants the Minor Vitality buff as well as Minor Endurance.
  • Coagulating Blood: Increased the heal of this morph by approximately 19% to put it better in line with other burst heal abilities.
  • Coagulating Dragon Blood (morph): Increased the base healing of this ability by approximately 12% to ensure it’s closer in line with other heals, such as Breath of Life. With this new value, the heal for Coagulating should be slightly weaker than these heals (Breath of Life, Blood Sacrifice, etc.) while above 50% Health, but slightly stronger than them while below 50% Health. The deviation in healing effectiveness will be between 0 and 16.5%.
  • Coagulating Blood (morph):
    • Fixed an issue where this ability appeared to rank up in 1 second duration per rank.
    • Reduced the cost of this ability to 3780, down from 4320, to add an improvement to the morph rather than just changing its functionality.
  • Coagulating Blood (morph):
    • This morph no longer reduces in cost, but instead increases the healing bonus based on your missing Health to 50%, up from 33%.
    • The healing bonus is now a true value, rather than an additive value.
    • Reduced the base healing of the skill by approximately 3% to fix some calculation errors.
    • Developer Comment: This skill is currently enabling the Dragonknight to bounce back from near death situations a little too frequently, where its significant cost reduction compared to other burst heals of its nature is allowing it to be cast with reckless abandon. By taking away the cost reduction bonus on the morph, we needed to find another morph empowerment to ensure the skill felt like it was gaining something, rather than changing something. As the skill IS meant to bring you back from Death's Door, we wanted to reinforce this with the execute scaling increase, but hopefully we see the frequency of returning from the brink a little less frequently.
