Fully Styled is awarded for applying a style to all 7 armor slots and your weapon slot via the Outfit System. If you are using Dual Wield or One Hand and Shield, you only need to style your primary weapon, not your off-hand weapon or shield.[verification needed — Need to test if it actually requires both.
