Four Quarry Islet is an island in the river northeast of Silvenar, in northeastern Malabal Tor.

A Subtler Brew is located on a table beneath one of the tents. A heavy sack is located near that tent. Astorne and Khad can be encountered fighting off Drublog Ravagers on the shore west of the islet.
