Fortress reduces the Stamina cost of both One Hand and Shield abilities and blocking with a Shield.
Patch NotesEdit
- Increased the block cost reduction from this passive ability to 18/36% at Ranks I/II from 15/30%.
- Fixed an issue where this passive ability was erroneously reducing the cost of all weapon abilities, instead of only One Hand and Shield abilities.
- Increased the cost reduction bonus from this passive to 7/15% from 5/10% to match our Stamina weapon standards.
