A list of various Veiled Heritance members was found. Egranor is ensuring the people listed are brought to justice.

Quick WalkthroughEdit

  1. Find Helonel, Karulae, Aranias and Calanyese.
  2. Report back to Egranor.

Detailed WalkthroughEdit

Near the Skywatch wayshrine is a Wood Elf named Egranor, who seems to recognize you:

"Been waiting for you. The boss sent me. Need to deal with this Heritance situation, now that you've put Estre in the ground."
The boss?
"Razum-dar, of course. We found a list. A list of four names.
Veiled Heritance operatives at the highest level, now on the run from Dominion forces."
What's the order?
"These mer have been sentenced to death. Find them, and carry out the order. We have records of their last known location, that should help.
Return with proof of their demise, if you please."
I'll do what I can.
"Use the list to track them down. Good luck, and show no mercy."

He will then hand you a List of Names. You also have the opportunity to ask him some questions about the targets and himself.

Finding the HeritantsEdit

Using the List of Names, you are given the last known locations of your four targets.

Helonel is the closest Heritant to Skywatch. He is just off the path south of The Lover Mundus Stone. When you find him, he is already dead. Examining the body yields his Badge, and reveals that he was attacked by multiple people.

Karulae is fishing on the Isle of Contemplation, and won't be happy to see you, though when you attack him he will say "I was just following orders!" Once you kill him, you'll find another badge.

Aranias is no longer in Auridon, but at the College of Aldmeri Propriety, you will find her diary, which states that she has fled to Greenshade. You can then take Arianas' Diary.

Calanyese is just below Beacon Falls and will attack you on sight, yelling "For the Veil!" Take her badge once you kill her.

Reporting BackEdit

Once you have found all four Heritants (excluding Aranias) and collected their badges as proof, return to Egranor:

"So, how did it go?"
I got all but Aranias. She fled the island for Greenshade.
"The Heritance has expanded beyond Auridon? Damnit.
I'll make sure the boss hears about your good work. Thanks for your service."

NotesEdit

  • If you didn't read the List of Names during the quest, a copy can later be found near Skywatch Wayshrine, at the top of the nearby steps leading out of the city.
  • The icon of the badges obtained from the officers oddly depicts the Ancient Nordic whale symbol.
  • Aranias' diary cannot be read once in your quest items.

Notes
* Any text displayed in angle brackets (e.g., <Alias=LocationHold>) is dynamically set by the game and will be filled in with the appropriate word(s) when seen in game.
  • Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
  • Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in any order. Some stages may therefore repeat objectives seen in other stages.
