Fabilius Eto is an Imperial who can be seen during random encounters across Southern Elsweyr. He is a valet, and is traveling with his master, Halzom. Rezzai, the game warden from his master's now razed estate, has set up a fire.

When you approach, you can hear Fabilius complaining about the quality of Rezzai's campfire.
- Rezzai: "This isn't a bloody roadside inn, Fabilius. We're refugees. You'll have to make do with what I can scavenge."
- Fabilius Eto: "Pish posh! The master deserves the finest, regardless of our current circumstances!"
You can talk to Fabilius.
- "The master has elected for a momentary respite from the demands of the road. It would be far more tolerable if Rezzai took the care to build a suitable fire.
The master has already suffered enough, becoming a refugee. And now, this indignity!" - Where are you going next?
- "Wherever the master decides. It is not a valet's place to lead his master, only to follow and ensure his coat is properly coiffed and free of burrs.
I do hope we travel by sea soon for the road we have taken is laborious and uncomfortably dusty."
If you completed the Southern Elsweyr questline:
- "They saw the New Moon Cult has been dashed asunder. Their leader is dead, and the Dragon destroyed. It will not restore the master's razed property, but it may offer him some comfort.
Which is more than I can say for this pitiful attempt at a campfire." - With the Cult gone, what will you do now?
- "I do as the master desires, and he has not made his wishes known.
Save, of course, that his whiskers be curled in the fashion of the old Meirvale kings. I have it on good authority that such a styling is once again in vogue."
