Elaasare is a High Elf who can be found in Alinor. You can find her in multiple places in the city (see Notes below). She and Nuluufarya are always found together and seem to be in some sort of conspiracy. When approached, Nuluufarya will shush Elaasare and the two of them will only stare at you. She has no unique dialogue.

- On the bridge to the Alinor Royal Palace.
