Disastrix Anderine can be found in the first large chamber of the annex, where she will alternate between trying to break the wards on a cache and walking over to her notes on the other side of the room. When she sees you she will yell:
- Disastrix Anderine: "These treasures belong to the Order of the Waking Flame!"
When she is dead you are free to break the ward on the chest and take the scroll, A Deal is Struck.
