Cimalire is a High Elf noble who can be found wandering Skywatch near Skywatch Manor and the garden immediately leading up to it. She has no unique dialogue, instead only offering generic greetings. She is one of the targets for the Litany of Blood.

RoutesEdit
Cimalire has two routes. She will always be following one of them. She will begin one upon being killed along the other. If she encounters another NPC in her path along either route, she'll wait for them to pass by raising her fist to her chest.
Circuit (map)Edit
Cimalire begins by walking out of the Mages Guild and she walks north to hang out with a group of Guild Savants near Neetra. Once she's finished there, she walks south and down the stairs opposite to the Mages Guild building. She then keeps walking south, and walks the east path around the pillar near Wizard Nisira, and then around the fountain. She then walks towards the Skywatch Manor, and after idling opposite the door, heads northeast, west over the fence, and wanders over to Gaireth, where she looks southward and consults a book. After idling with them for a short time, and walks back to the Mages Guild students and repeats the circuit.
Back-and-Forth (map)Edit
Cimalire begins by walking out of Ingamircil's House. She then watches the dancing Guild Blade at The Sleepy Eaglet near Ghratutha. She stays there for some time, smiling and laughing. She then follows the path and hangs out with the western group of Skywatch Celebrants at the Dwarven Centurion display. Once she's done there, she walks past Nerassil the Bound's gazebo, and heads up the eastern stairs and follows the path until she reaches the benches north of Wizard Nisira's pillar and leans against one. She then follows the west path around it, and follows the path around the southern benches and admires the statue of the ancient Altmer west of the Fighters Guild. After doing so, she joins the group listening to Cirantille speak. Once she's had enough there, she heads down the stairs and watches the frog races, at which point she follows the path in reverse.
