Dreaming Cultists are members of the Supernal Dreamers encountered at Moonlit Maw.
By using a Scroll of Dream Trapping on one of them, you can control them and sacrifice them to save Master Muzgu. Upon using the scroll, they will become renamed to Captured Cultist.

- Captured Cultist: "In a cave. What a strange, strange dream."
After you activate the Daedric circle, he'll at first be puzzled:
- Captured Cultist: "What? What is…?"
Then he'll die.
