Trials of the Burnished ScalesEdit

After completing the Trial of the Heart, you will need to seek out Bimee-Kas who is located south of Hissmir's xanmeer. When he is spoken to, he will have you complete the Trial of the Fang:

"Another pilgrim? So few today, beyond yourself and that Dominion soldier. Are you ready for the Trial of the Fang?"
Do you administer the Trial of the Fang? / Where do you administer the Trial of the Fang? [advances quest]
"I do! It's quite simple. Defeat any of these warriors in single combat to pass the Trial of the Fang.
Oh, and you must drink poison. Nothing permanent, just something to dull your senses."
Give me the poison.
"Here. When you feel the poison's fire in your veins, challenge any warrior to single combat. Go, prove yourself ready for the Hist!"
Where is Captain Henaamo?
"He finished his trials before you arrived, and is currently in communion with the Hist. He must not be disturbed."

If he is spoken to before drinking the poison:

"The Trials are not for the faint of heart."

When you agreed to challenge a Tribal Berserker or Warrior but haven't started fighting yet:

"Complete the Trial of the Fang and you can commune with the Hist.
Drink the root rot poison to begin your trial. While under its effects, challenge an opponent!"

After defeating your opponent, speak to Bimee-Kas to complete the quest:

"I see no lingering effects from the Root Rot Poison. Aren't you a hardy one!"
I completed the Trial of the Fang.
"Yes, and you did it well! Few make it past the Trial of the Mind, let alone all three trials. They're necessary to prepare one's body and spirit for what comes next."

Dreams From the HistEdit

If you have not started the quest yet, he will say:

"Are you ready to commune with the Hist?"

He will have you start the communion with the Hist:

"You've done well. Communion with the Hist is the right of all pilgrims who complete their trials."
Yes, if it helps me find out Captain Henaamo's intentions. (Leads to quest dialogue)

Continuing on from the previous conversation, you will need to drink the sap to start the communion:

"Good! I've prepared Hist sap in the bowl beside me. Drink it when you wish to commune with the Hist."
What will happen to me?
"It is different for every pilgrim who drinks the Hist sap. You may speak words or think thoughts that aren't your own.
When the Hist shows all it wants you to see, find Kamax-Ei at the highest tier of our pyramid. He'll help you interpret your visions."
I'm ready to drink the Hist sap.

Speaking to him again before drinking the sap:

"I keep the Hist sap warm by the fire. Otherwise, it's too thick to drink.
Oh, and you must drink the entire bowl at once. If not, we'll learn what you prefer for breakfast. Ha!"

Returning to Bimee-Kas after communing with the Hist, he will interpret your communion on how to protect Hissmir from a future threat:

"You return! As Root Steward, I must say your vision remains a secret of the Hist and yourself. But for myself, I must ask ….
What did you see?"
Zaht stones, like those in Hissmir. Activated by Hist amber.

He will advise you to see Kamax-Ei and also mention that Captain Henaamo ran off after he finished his communion:

"Zaht stones …. The Hist may be showing you a way to defend Hissmir against some future threat, but I have not heard of Hist amber in an age.
You should speak with Kamax-Ei. If anyone knows, he will."
Where is Captain Henaamo?
"Gone. Whatever the Hist showed him, he was in a hurry to act. Perhaps his people are threatened as well?"

Speaking to him again:

"Kamax-Ei will know what to do, I'm sure of it."

After the quest, Bimee-Kas continues to make light of drinking the sap:

"Hissmir is safe, thanks to you. Come back next year and share a bowl of Hist sap with me. No sooner, or your tongue will rot, your teeth dissolve, and your eyes cloud over with the milk of blindness.
I joke. Your tongue won't rot. Ha!"
