I have found spriggans in the jerall mountain range when exiting the serpent's trail. Is this considered forest (and thus not counter to the info page) or can they be found in more terrain types? — Unsigned comment by 24.37.203.118 (talk) on 22 May 2009

What the page specifically says is that spriggans are found outside at the locations marked by squares on the map. On the map, there are two squares just outside of the Serpent's Trail, indicating that spriggans may be found at those locations. The spriggans found at those locations come from the LL2WildernessMythicEnemyLair50 leveled list, which is only used outside of monster dungeons (Serpent's Trail is a monster dungeon). --Nephele^Talk 12:05, 22 May 2009 (EDT)

It is also possible to obtain taproot from killed gnarls during the quest The Roots of Madness in the main questline of Shivering Isles expansion. They will always possess one portion of it.

I moved this from the article, I can't find anything supporting this on the Gnarls page, but I'm sure i've heard it somewhere before. -DevotedInsanity 21:35, 2 May 2010 (UTC)

Ah, here. On the Fountainhead's page, it says the Gnarl Cultivators drop Taproot, but on the Gnarl page it says they drop Gnarl Bark and Amber. -DevotedInsanity 21:38, 2 May 2010 (UTC)
