In my expert opinion on legal jargon, this article leaves a shadow of a doubt as to whether this item can be found as random loot. Not being a legal expert, I can't speak as to whether or not the information holds up to legal standards. Nevertheless, I fail to see what is so ambiguous about the statement:

It can also be found randomly in some loot chests.

Which states that they appear (a) randomly and (b) as loot in chests. If you have a specific suggestion about what could be done to improve the sentence, feel free to make the improvement.
