Taxidermy womanEdit

She's getting on my tits. She will not make me an ogre no matter how many times I give her ogre teeth and wait 24 hours. She's made everything else. I'm going to go complete SE right now and come back and if she doesn't make it then, I will kill her in the most inhumane way i can. Has anybody else come across this stupid antic of hers?

What system are you playing on? Are these fresh ogre teeth or did you buy them somewhere? (Gadianzero 01:51, 3 May 2011 (UTC))

Can someone check CS for when he is done making the wine?Edit

The article is wrong in many areas and I'm trying to correct what I can. However, for this case, all I know is he doesn't take 24 hours but creates them maybe at a specific time? For all I know it might be odd like the taxidermy woman and he creates different wines at different times, or a certain amount of time after you give it him. Anyway, you can see how it might be difficult for me to do this. Thanks for any help! dtm 11:49, 13 June 2011 (UTC)

Each different wine's AI is at a two-hour interval from the later one, starting at 6am and ending at 8pm. So the Aloe Vera is at 6am and the Cinnabar one at 8am and so on. --SerCenKing Talk 15:57, 14 June 2011 (UTC)

wine barrelsEdit

is one set of ingredients good for only one bottle? the article doesn't make it very clear how the special brews work, and I'd really like to know--87.177.7.196 19:43, 22 August 2011 (UTC)

The wine ingredients list does indeed give the amounts for ONE bottle of wine. Each type of unique wine barrel can hold up to 8 bottles (as mentioned on Talan's page. So, if you want to keep them full, make sure you get the list amounts x 8 to give to Talan. The maps on the wiki here make it incredibly easy to get all the ingredients so you can stock up :). --206.248.130.243 15:13, 3 October 2013 (GMT)

Battlehorn Screw-upEdit

I'm on the last quest battle, and I put a lot of my gear in one of the chests, and now they're gone! Does anyone know how to bring them back? Dragonman0007

You can't, I'm afraid. Once something has gone, it's gone. rpeh •TCE 12:10, 21 January 2012 (UTC)

Weird StuffEdit

Despite the note saying 2 of each of Aloe Vera Leaves and Foxglove Nectar are needed for making the wines, Talan only took one of each from me.

I also couldn't find him for a long time, no matter what time of the day I waited for, including about 12:00 AM, 8:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 2:00 PM. I was even using the Detect Life effect, and he was nowhere to be found in the basement. But suddenly, he appeared out of nowhere.

And when I was looking for him, I found at least 2 NPCs walking around stuck inside walls, and I think that's the first time I've seen this glitch anywhere in the game.

Oh, and I'm using all the unofficial patches, if that changes things.

I have no idea if his routine is included in his page, but he goes to sleep in the same area as the taxidermist's room. :) AcE x EPiiCzZ 15:00, 20 August 2012 (UTC)

Can not purchase upgrades - A cause and solutionEdit

Seems like this is an issue that has been around for a while. I recently got myself into a bit of Oblivion and got to the same problem. Needless to say, disable your Unofficial Oblivion Patch Battlehorn Castle mod and it should work (For some reason the mod interferes with the actual buying of upgrades, and it could also depend on the mod version, I have the latest one). I assume you can re-enable the mod after completing the quest, but i did not give it a shot. Still, the castle seems to be in working condition even without the mod, so I'd advise just skipping it all together (though check out other talk pages, especially the Mystic Emporium one). - Dayer
