This is SACarrow from Silgrad. I question in particular the TRDT & CTDA records; it seems there is a lot of usage of "long" (8 bytes) when quantities are actually "int" (4 bytes). Looking using TES4Gecko, all "long" quantities in those two subrecords are actually int-size. I'll check further before changing.
