With mods you want to have a little extra power. Below the Vanilla requirements are some recommendations depending on the modified setup you are considering. Futrhermore, if your graphics card does not meet the minimum requirements, visit Oldblivion to try to run the game at a level that can accommodate your setup.
The "Vanilla", out-of-the-box, requirements were taken from the Oblivion FAQ at the Elder Scroll site.
Vanilla Oblivion - MINEdit
