Creatures are rendered invisible in the game and in TESCS
Cause - Missing Normal MapsEdit
This problem is caused by textures missing that lack associated normal maps.
Solution: See if there is an update for the relevant mod. You can determine which mod owns the creatures and the texture paths with in-game troubleshooting aides.
After determining which file or file(s) may contain a bad filepath, it would be nice let the author of the mod know if possible.
