Grateful Pass Stables is a stable west of Skingrad.
It is one of two places where you may purchase a bay horse, the other being Bay Roan Stables outside Bravil. A bay horse costs 1000 gold; Ugak gra-Mogakh will sell horses 24 hours a day, but the door will be locked between 8pm and 8am.

- You may acquire a free bay horse, Sir Geimund's horse, at the Priory of the Nine during the Knights of the Nine quest line if that official download is installed.
- A handbill advertising the stable exists in the Construction Set, but cannot be found in-game. It would have read: "Horses! Horses! Horses! You know you want one. Come to the Grateful Pass Stables and pick one out today. All horses are for riding only. Grateful Pass Stables does not condone selling horses for food under any circumstances."
