This is listed on the threads of the webspinner page, and it also notes that:

"24. Ring of Sanguine Sublime Wisdom (+5 Alchemy)

This ring can be found on Anel Rethelas in the shrine of Yasammidan on the far western coast of the mainland, north-west of :Gnisis. :This is the other one of the two Sanguine items that Eno will ask you directly to retrieve."

So, this should be proof that eno asks you to retrieve the item, however there is no real quest name, because the quest is considered part of the webspinner quest. I hope this helps clear up the problem.

Multiple ShrinesEdit

May I suggest that there is a note on this page that this is one of several shrines to Mehrune Dagon, maybe something to add to each of the shrines pages. Just a thought *LadyPegasus - There are no wrong choices in life, only different paths we choose to take. 17:29, 5 January 2009 (EST)

I'm not sure that's necessary. The infobox template already used on all of the Daedric Shrine pages has a field indicating which Daedric Lord is worshipped there, and the Daedric Shrines page has them divided by which Daedra as well. Adding the info to the text of the article just seems redundant. What is notable is that this is one of the only two active Mehrunes Dagon shrines (along with Ald Sotha), in that it's not just a statue, but actually quest-related.
