One reason I can think of is his dispute with the Camonna Tong and the local authorities who have been bribed. If you completed his quest to wipe out a few Camonna Tong members there is a second reason; revenge. --Timenn < talk > 05:38, 16 December 2007 (EST)

How might I go about finding (or adding via console) a topic to talk about Varro? I don't have it, and didn't choose his name when people say he's looking for me, I ignored that bit completely and went straight to him.
