Finishing All the Related QuestsEdit

Will I be able to finsih all three quest that require killing him in one blow If I finish the quest Remove the Heads of the Thieves Guild, accept Percius Mercius and Gentleman Jim Stacey's order to kill him and told him I am the master thief (Vvardfell 07:56, 30 December 2010 (UTC))
