Related Quest?Edit

I'm having difficulty sourcing the alternative names for the NPC "Herd" that are mentioned on this page. I'll query that issue on Herd's own talk page. However, unless there is a related quest, I'm not certain calling Herd a "pirate" or even calling him the cave's leader is accurate. While Herd is the highest ranked NPC in the cell, Borug gro-Lazarn carries the slave key. Thalass (talk) 18:37, 27 July 2021 (UTC)

Thanks! I responded in kind on Herd's discussion page. It turns out the rumours are unique to Vivec's Foreign Quarter, including one bit of dialogue from Raril Giral that is found no where else in the game. I've updated the relevant pages to reflect this. Thalass (talk) 22:58, 27 July 2021 (UTC)
