Unusual Location of Kwama QueenEdit

What would be an appropriate way of mentioning in the article the unusual location of the Kwama Queen in this mine? She's accompanied by a diseased worker, which may give her location away by wandering around in mid-air. The other workers cannot access her, so I wonder if killing the diseased one would cause her to die for lack of maintenance?

Both the worker and the queen respawn. The worker is a leveled creature and is only sometimes diseased. There isn't any special script that will kill off a kwama queen if she goes without maintenance. I also skimmed the quests and saw no unused quests referring to kwama mines.
