Snorri is a Nord crusader residing in Suran. He spends his time at Desele's House of Earthly Delights, checking out the Nord dancer Runa.
He is an experienced crusader, and crusaders around Vvardenfell will tell you to speak with him if you are interested to learn more about a crusader's trade. He can tell you about armor repair, armor types, axes, blunt weapons, body armor, heavy armor styles, long blades, shields, spears and weapon repair (but since he has the "nolore" script, some of the topics will not display).
When asked about latest rumors, he will tell you that a friend of his delivered a bunch of "pilgrims" to a site east of Lake Nabia. Snorri believes they are actually rogue Telvanni setting up a base there. This is probably a reference to Mababi, which is the only Telvanni-occupied location in the area described.
