Lliros Tures is a Dunmer trader who will take up residence at Indarys Manor after you have completed your Stronghold. If you are a member of House Redoran, he will offer you a variety of goods for trade. If you belong to House Hlaalu or House Telvanni, however, he will probably attack you instead.
