Fadile Balvel is a Dark Elf commoner living in the village of Hla Oad. She owns small house there, and is found walking outside. Interestingly, a Nord smuggler named Hrondar Highlander is found inside her house. Any relation between them is unknown, and neither of them has anything to say about the issue.
Fadile is wearing a common shirt with matching shoes and pants, and carries a chitin shortsword. Aside from her natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by her ancestors, she knows no spells.
People around town will tell you that Murudius Flaeus is often seen swimming near her house and are curious as to what he is doing there.

- There is a minor inconsistency with the spelling of her name: on her person, she is called "Fadile", but on her house and in dialogue, she is named "Fadila".
