The Elder Scrolls 'Skooma' Absinthe is an officially licenced 69% ABV rouge absinthe produced by Jim and Tonic Limited. It comes in a purple 70cl ceramic bottle, packaged within a cardboard sleeve. The bottle and the sleeve are both themed around the tenth anniversary of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. The spirit is a light pink in color and possesses floral notes, as is typical of rouge absinthe. The product was first made available in December 2021.
'Skooma' Absinthe has won several distillery awards. It won Silver at the UK Spirits Masters (the highest awarded absinthe in 2021) and Bronze at the San Francisco world spirits.

- No liquid has such a dark and rebellious history as does Absinthe. It's the only legal liquid close to Tamriel's narcotic drink Skooma. Unlike the fabled green version, we wanted to explore the history and the little-known Rouge Absinthe. This 18th-century recipe once enjoyed by royalty disappeared until now.
