Even Typos??Edit

now I fixed this because it was going off the page and furthermore it wasn't even how it was written in the book itself whats wrong with fixing that?--Most Honored Listener 14:18, 21 August 2007 (EDT)

I believe all book texts are copied directly out of the Construction Set. They should always be left in that original format. --Eshe 14:27, 21 August 2007 (EDT)
See UESPWiki:Style_Guide/Book_Layout#Text. Typos in the text should not be fixed. Style/formatting can be altered (and actually needs to be done on this book). But "punge," for example, is a typo made by the developers and is how the text appears in game. So it should not be altered. --NepheleTalk 14:36, 21 August 2007 (EDT)
Ok I understood with the "punge" but I was mainly wondering about the going off the page because when you put the edit comment it kind of confused me. This is now settled.--Most Honored Listener 02:53, 22 August 2007 (EDT)

I'm aware that this discussion is over a year old, but the text still seems to go off screen. It looks like this is an error that's allowed to be fixed, but I'm not sure if it's just me or even how to fix it.69.158.154.169

Linebreaks have indeed been added to the long strings. However, the breaks were placed at positions such that the text no longer goes offscreen on relatively wide browsers. Unfortunately, that's a problem with text that contains no spaces: the length of the lines does not adjust based upon the viewer's browser. We could add more linebreaks, but there's always someone who will always have a narrower browser, or a larger default font size. And then readers with wide browsers will complain that the lines look silly being so short. --NepheleTalk 23:20, 21 November 2008 (EST)

Interesting tidbitEdit

I think it is interesting that the traitor believes the first dead drop is the one he replaces, even though it isnt. Obviously if he followed Lucien on the second drop he would have believed that it was the first drop, I just thought that was an interesting little bit.--Catmaniac66 03:19, 27 January 2011 (UTC)
