Explanation of potentially contentious changesEdit

I have completely removed any mention of the spear's creation from this page, as the Sermon of Vivec merely mentions its use. Additionally its status as a phallic symbol would stand in opposition to the claim that Vivec created the spear himself. I have also removed "Whether that secret was literal or metaphorical, or what exactly that secret might be is unknown" as I felt it was only borderline encyclopædic and added no information—especially as the "secret" is widely accepted to pertain to fellatio, which casts doubt upon the claim.
