The description of Eld Angvar "In Ayleidoon, the lost language of the Wild Elves, Eld Angavar [sic] means "old ironwood." Perhaps the Ayleids hoped such a name would grant permanence to this strange site between worlds. If so, it seems to have worked." Seems to imply that Eld Angvar is only a part of the Golden Path, not the entire realm itself. I propose we move eld angvar as a subsection of the realm within this page.Zebendal (talk) 16:36, 26 February 2019 (UTC)

I would concur. It is obviously within the same plane as the locations shown in Murkmire. However, without further clarification, I don't believe we can determine if Eld Angvar is the name of the realm as a whole, or just of the specific structure where the Battleground takes place. On further discussion and reading, I realize that this isn't a discrete 'plane' as I had originally thought. It's simply a lot of construction grouped together within the void. Additionally, both 'nexus' and 'golden path' are simply descriptors used of the place, not given as titles in what I've seen. As such, I no longer see this as necessary. 'Eld Angvar' could be a subset of the complex, but I have less reason to believe so now. Lost in Hyrule (talk) 18:16, 26 February 2019 (UTC)

I am also in agreement with Lost in Hyrule's updated stance. We simply have no other proper name for this realm, and on the balance of probabilities the name "Eld Angavar" is probably not specific to the battleground structure but refers to the realm in general. To quote the cited ESO website article: "In the new Battlegrounds map, Eld Angvar, you and your team face off against your fellow players in the Ayleid world between worlds. You might recognize this location as one you visited during the Murkmire main questline, but this time, you’re using the void’s mysterious portals to hunt your fellow players." —Legoless (talk) 23:45, 6 March 2019 (UTC)

The blog post quite clearly confirms the connection. To say it's not the same place is really a stretch, the battleground and Vakka-Bok instances of it may be in different parts of the realm, but since the realm is called Eld Angavar, they're both Eld Angavar.
