Bosmer funeral traditionsEdit

I ran into this book in Morrowind and I just think it seems very obscure Bosmer eats their dead. And weird because this ought to be a regular topic when discussing bosmer with people. Still, I've never heard of this until I read the book, even though I've soon played all four TES-games. So I wonder if there are any other sources regarding this?
