Roseguard (also called Rosgard)[1] is a town found in southern Hammerfell, on the eastern shores of Hubalajad's Bay near the city-state of Taneth.
The town has been in existence since at least the Tiber War.[1] During the Imperial Simulacrum in the late-Third Era, the town of Roseguard was an active settlement. It was ruled by Prince Febun and had a rivalry with Riverpoint.[2] Roseguard is neighbored by several settlements, including Chaseguard to the southeast, Corten Mont to the northeast, and Taneth to the northwest.[3]
A conflict took place in Roseguard sometime in the Fourth Era, roughly before 4E 180, concurrent with Hammerfell's Resistance against the Third Aldmeri Dominion. A soldier named Angarion the Bold was a named champion of this battle.[4]
