Countess Iphilia Montclair was a Breton noblewoman who was the head of the House Montclair during the turbulent Second Era. At some point, before 2E 532 she married King Hurlburt Branquette of Shornhelm and became the Queen of Shornhelm.[1]
In 2E 532 she gave birth to her son and legitimate heir of King Hurlburt Phylgeon Montclair. When she died in 2E 544, the leadership of the house was passed to her adolescent son, who became thirty-eight Baron of the House Montclair. Her husband died two years later in 2E 546, which caused conflict between her son Phylgeon and the illegitimate son of her husband, Ranser, who eventually became King of Shornhelm.[1]
