If these answers are copyrighted by Bethesda as it says, does that not make this official lore? Checking the WhatLinksHere, it appears that only one page puts this in the official lore category, which could be written off as a mistake. I'm not afraid to be wrong about this! It's an obscure fan-published interview, so no, it doesn't really meet our definition of an official source. These sorts of texts fall within the grey zone, requiring it to be tagged as UOL to alert readers to that fact.
