The Shining Star is a tavern in the Hollow City. Several vendors can be found within, even when you first arrive in the city. A ghostly group of Undaunted can also be found here. The Nords from The Everfull Flagon will take up residence after being rescued.
There is an Ogrim Porter in front of the tavern manning a cart that is at some point intended to grant players passage to Shadowfen. It is currently inactive.
