Rolunda came to Orkey's Hollow looking for her brother, Eiman. The cave is said to be haunted, and young Nords on the island sometimes enter it to prove their bravery. Eiman went in, but he hasn't come out.

Solve another riddle given by the Frozen Man

Captain Rana orders you to go find Rolunda and Eiman in Orkey's Hollow. Alternatively you can go there when you have done some of the other quests first.

When you approach Orkey's Hollow, you will find Rolunda who explains that Eiman went into the cave and has not come out. She asks you to go in to the cave and find him, but she will come in after you both if you do not return by the time her fire runs out. Enter the cave and, as soon as the entrance tunnel opens up, turn left and run straight to the wall of ice. You will find Eiman buried deep within and are spoken to by the Frozen Man who wants to play a game with you.

You must figure out who the Frozen Man is by finding clues around the cave: a battered chest, a journal, and a weathered bag. The battered chest lies high above in the eastern part of the cave. To reach the chest you need to climb up the wall and jump on the icy formations leading to the platform where the chest is. The chest contains a dented helm and explains that the Frozen Man is part of the Aldmeri Dominion. The journal can be found in the northern tunnel - it explains that he was spying on the Bleakrock Garrison. The weathered bag, found beside a burnt-out camp fire in the western tunnels, contains a rune, which explains that the Frozen Man was a mage.

Once you've found all three clues, go to the Frozen Man's Lair entrance and talk to him. Upon telling him his identity, the Frozen Man says he will not give you Eiman unless you play another game with him. You now need to figure out which is the true Frozen Man and which are only illusions. Once you enter his Lair, you'll see four projections. Three projections are performing martial arts katas and one of them is standing around idly. The correct projection is the one standing around doing nothing. Talk to him and then he will run towards the cliff. Follow the Frozen Man and talk to him again. He informs you that he and his friends were trapped by a cave-in. Despite of you winning two games, he is still hesitant to free Eiman. Tell the Frozen Man that Eiman will die if he isn't released and you will get your wish.

Head back to where you found Eiman and talk to him. He is relieved that you found him, but informs you also that he saw some Covenant soldiers in the cave. You agree that it's best to get out of the cave for now. Once you are back outside, watch as the siblings are reunited, then talk to Rolunda to collect your reward.
