ive found that i can talk to the fryse hags if im using the amulet of shadows. im not sure if you can talk to them with any invisibility spell, potion, or with any other type of chameleon charm though.. — Unsigned comment by 98.125.35.94 (talk) on 24 jun 2011

They are like any other NPC. If your chameleon is high enough, they cannot attack, so you are able to talk to them. --Brf 15:11, 24 June 2011 (UTC)
