Detailed WalkthroughEdit

This quest involves saving Martin Gavinius from the Thalmor, you will start in a forest and will have to deal with a Spriggan Earth Mother before reaching the first Thalmor Soldier, when approached a conversation will take place:

"You shouldn't be here. What do you want?"
I'm here to set the enchanter free.
"Ha! As if I'd give him up without a fight."
Let's see what you're made of, then.

You will then have to fight him, once this is done, walk forward and look to your right, you should see the lever for the secret area of this quest, the lever is a skull on a stick. The secret area contains a breakable and a wooden chest.

Once you are done with the secret area, head back into the main area and continue onwards, where you will have to deal with more two Thalmor soldiers. After this, continue on down the path but look to your right and you will find a wooden chest. Further along the path are two more Thalmor soldiers standing in an Ayleid structure, dispatch of them and you will see Martin Gavinius pounding against his cage, open it and he will speak to you:

"My word... it's you again! I thought you'd decided to sell me out to the Thalmor."
Trust me. I'd never do that.
"That's good to know! I think I'll go hide somewhere while they're still in town."
Good idea.
"Thanks for rescuing me, Warrior!"
