Veen is an Argonian thief and a member of the Thieves Guild in Bravil who spends most of her time in the local Thieves Hideout.
Veen has a simple life. She rises at 9am every day and moves upstairs to sit at the table on the second floor of the hideout, where she spends the rest of the day, helping Heron tend to Thieves Guild business. She eventually retires to bed at 3am.
Veen wears a dark green shirt, chainmail greaves, and woven boots. She's armed with a fine iron dagger and carries a key to the hideout.
The Thieves Hideout is more of a way-station for thieves to temporarily hide out from the guards or store things to fence another day. It occupies two stories of an abandoned building in the Bravil Riverside settlement, above the Bravil Cobbler and Tailor. The lower floor has pallets and various containers for storage, while the upper floor has nothing but a table and chairs for members to conduct meetings or simply converse in comfort.
When you first meet Veen, she'll express surprise: "Huh? Who are you? What are you doing in here?" If you heard about the place from a fellow Thief, she'll welcome you: "Oh, I didn't realize... well, pull up a seat and get comfortable..."
